CEO, Co-Founder

Maricela Moncayo is a Growth and Partnerships executive with 25+ years of experience across technology and professional services organizations including Neoris, SoftwareOne, and Ernst & Young. As CEO of NearSierra, she leads the company’s mission to scale cybersecurity post-sale operations for SaaS companies through specialized nearshore delivery — combining AI-literate talent, operational excellence, and deep cyber domain fluency.

JOHN HAVLICK

Co-Founder, BOD Member

John Havlick has 30+ years of experience in IT Services at Microsoft, Comparex, and Insight. He has deep international experience expanding U.S. and European firms in the Americas and Asia Pacific. John was an executive at MSFT, where he managed all aspects of Fortune 50 relationships. John Co-Founded Banyax, a leading North American MSSP.

CARLOS ALANÍS

Co-Founder, BOD Member

Carlos Alanis has 30+ years of experience in IT Services and, most notably, was the nearshore CIO of Teleperformance, a $9 billion global outsourcing firm with 350,000+ employees, where he stood up plenty of IT operation centers, including 20+ SOCs across LATAM. He is now CEO of Banyax, a North American MSSP.

DAVE ROSHAK

Co-Founder & Shareholder

Dave Roshak has 30+ years of experience in IT telecom-related firms such as Level3, Insight, Optiv, and Defy. As CFO for Optiv, a cybersecurity solution provider, Dave successfully led the firm through multiple fundraising and M&A activities, including a sale to Blackstone and KKR.

JORGE MELÉNDEZ

Jorge Melendez has 30+ years of experience in IT services as an entrepreneur and built Perifel, one of Mexico’s leading IT companies and the #1 Microsoft partner in the region, which was later acquired by Comparex¹. Jorge is a co-founder and BOD member of Banyax, a North American MSSP.
